Due to hygienic reasons we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or change of mind. If you have received the item which is damaged, we will accept returns but please notify us within 7 days including the day you receive your item.

Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving your order only if the item is faulty or damaged.

Please be aware that they eyelashes are handmade which may result the eyelashes to have a little difference as they are made by different individuals.
